We believe rest is a right, not a luxury. And we know how important one’s physical space is to creating an environment of calm.

We work with individuals and groups in underserved communities to help restore a balanced nervous system through the experience of a calming environment.

For those struggling with financial challenges, food insecurity, severe and chronic illness, mental health challenges, and more, it’s easy to slip into survival.

When our body is in survival, the necessary shift to our parasympathetic nervous system (our rest and digest function) rarely happens. This leads to fatigue, cognitive decline, illness, lack of sleep, and a general lack of well-being.
